I was born in Kyiv, Ukraine, where I studied financial management and built an exciting career in the leasing industry — including launching my first two companies. Thirteen years ago, I moved to the Netherlands, stepping into a whole new chapter both personally and professionally.

My expat journey has been full of learning, transformation, and the occasional challenge. Like many internationals, I had to rebuild from scratch — learning the language, understanding the culture, adapting to new ways of working and living, and, most importantly, redefining who I wanted to be in this new context. That journey shaped me deeply — and it’s the reason I do what I do today.

Over the past 18 years, I’ve successfully run companies in IT, car maintenance, business events, and consulting. But deep down, I always knew I would become a coach. Every career move, every switch in industry or country, added another layer to how I understand people — and how I can support them.

I’m passionate about helping people grow into their full potential. I bring structure, empathy, and energy to my coaching — often blending neuroscience, cultural insight, and career strategy. But also, a bit of spark. Whether it’s Argentine tango or kickboxing, I believe in approaching life with both grace and fire.

As a Dutch-Ukrainian, I live and work in a space between cultures — and I’ve learned to see that not as a gap, but as a bridge. A bridge I now help others cross with more confidence, clarity, and joy.

Because for me, coaching isn’t just about careers — it’s about helping people feel alive, included, and empowered in the lives they’re building.

For the past few years, I’ve been helping Ukrainian refugees and expats from all over the world find their dream jobs in the Netherlands. Through workshops, career programs, and one-on-one consultations, I’ve guided countless professionals toward new opportunities. 

Originally from Ukraine, I’ve lived in Finland, France, and Germany before life brought me to the Netherlands eight years ago. But let’s be real—my start here wasn’t exactly smooth. Finding a job was a huge struggle.

What did I do? I made it my mission to crack the Dutch job market! 

Over the years, I’ve learned everything I could about Dutch work culture and job market, spoken with many recruiters, HR managers, job coaches, and business owners. I was in contact with hundreds of job seekers, which gave me the advantage of analyzing what they did to find a job—what worked for most of them and what didn’t.
I’ve also seen the common mistakes they make.
